  • Connect collegiate participants with companies and organizations leading efforts in creating an equitable industry.

  • Foster intentional and inclusive communities by empowering LGBT leaders to unify all sectors of the agriculture industry across the globe.

  • Recognize leadership in inclusive excellence within agricultural companies who are doing incredible work for LGBT agriculturists.

  • Bring together corporate and organizational leaders in agriculture and diversity & inclusion.

Time Expectations:

  • Wednesday, June 19, 2019

    • Engagement Center Opening (4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.)

  • Thursday, June 20, 2019 (9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)

  • Friday, June 21, 2019 (8:30 a.m. - 3:oo p.m.)

**Breakdown: Friday, June 21st, 2019 | 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Logistics:

  • If you are one of our sponsors, the Engagement Center space is included with your sponsorship, otherwise the booth space is $250.

  • Set-up:

    • Wednesday, June 19th, 2019 | 9:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

  • Breakdown: Friday, June 21st, 2019 | 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

  • Each 10ft x 10ft booth space comes with 1 6ft table & 2 chairs

  • Wireless internet accessibility
